We are pleased to announce the results of the Erasmus+ Consortium Staff Mobility applications for the 2022 project year. The application results for the Smart Consortium Project Staff Training Mobility (2022-TR01-KA131-HED-000064914) and the Small Steps, Big Results Consortium Project Staff Training Mobility (2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000064181) have been announced.
The Erasmus+ Consortium Staff Mobility Application Results for the 2022 Project Year are provided below:
Individuals listed in the main list must inform our office via email (udio-k@gelisim.edu.tr) of their intention to participate in the mobility program by January 5, 2024. Failure to do so without valid justification will result in a deduction of -15 points from their next application. If a person from the main list withdraws from participation, the opportunity will be granted to staff in the reserve list.
Staff in the reserve list may participate in mobility without a grant upon approval from the rectorate. Those wishing to participate without a grant must submit a written request to our office by January 5, 2024.
Except in cases of force majeure (such as the non-acceptance by the awarded institution), university changes are not permitted. Staff awarded the opportunity to an institution they have not visited before may only change institutions to ones have never visited.

Additionally, an orientation meeting for staff in the main list will be conducted to provide detailed information about the upcoming stages. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory to ensure a smooth process. The date and details of the orientation meeting will be communicated to the staff in the main list at a later date.
