Within the scope of the 2022 Contract Term, to increase merit and competence in employment, and to share job/internship announcements with the public in an effective, transparent and reliable way Erasmus Program applications will be carried out online for the first time this year through the E-Government Career Gate Platform structured by the Presidency Human Resources Office, with e-Government integration. The documents that are required for the application are specified in the application guide which you can find below in the useful documents section. The documents in question must be uploaded to the relevant section of the portal in pdf format during the application.The duration for the application procedures is 25/04/2022- 27/05/2022 and applications will be received through the https://portal.ua.gov.tr system. Except for the e-government Career Gate platform, applications that will be made by hand or by other means will not be accepted. Since this platform is used for the first time this year for applications, application process briefing meetings will be held for students who would like to apply. Meetings will be held face-to-face and online alternatively in 29/04/2022 at 14.00-16.00 and online via Zoom, and also at the University in 18/05/2022 at 14.00-16.00 face-to-face. All procedures during the application period will be carried out within the mobility calendar which you can see in the beneficial documents section.
NOTE: After the announcement of the Preliminary Evaluation Results and the Final Election Results, all objections, applications and requests regarding the selection and placement can be sent to erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr. It is mandatory for our students to use their student e-mail addresses in all correspondence regarding their mobility.

Points to Take Into Account During Application

Conditions and quotas regarding the mobility within the scope of the 2022 Project Year are included in the attached application guide for the relevant mobility. Please be sure to read the entire application guide carefully before submitting your application.

Except for your photograph, all documents (Transcript, etc.), which will be uploaded to the application system, must be in “Pdf” format.The mobility to be carried out within the scope of this announcement (including education and internship) is limited to the duration of the project numbered 2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000053795, and the project deadline is 31.10.2024.

The earliest project start date for the agreement year 2022 is expected to be on 01 September 2022.

Students who apply for both internship and study mobility at the same time must fill out the priority petition in the useful documents section below.

Within the scope of Erasmus Learning Mobility applications ,agreement warnings (departments in the agreements, language of instruction of the relevant institution, etc.) and special conditions should be taken into account while making choices among the institutions that we have an agreement. Responsibility for possible problems that may arise as a result of not taking into account the relevant explanations rests entirely with the students.

Grant quota information for the 2022 agreement period has been announced as an estimate since the agreement has not been made yet. The quotas may change after the grant amount for the relevant project year to be allocated to our university by the Turkish National Agency becomes clear.

Due to the fact that the quota information for the relevant agreement period has not been clarified yet, delays may occur in the evaluation processes. These delays may cause the nomination dates of universities to close out. For this reason, among our students who want to do mobility within the scope of the 2022 Agreement Term Erasmus Learning Mobility applications, those who choose for the Fall semester will be able to transfer their mobility to the spring semester. Our university and the Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for losses that may arise from delays and disruptions in the process.
Important note: The applications of students who do not upload the required documents (transcript, priority petition (priority petition is only required for those who apply for both internship and education)) during the application will be deemed invalid.
