After several weeks of communications, an online meeting was finally held on the 26th of April in order to discuss about the Online Education Program, which is a program that aims to provide free online courses to both university’s Health Sciences students jointly. The meeting has started with European University’s International Office representatives, Tinatin Gognadze, Natia Jojua and Baia Kublashvili, by introducing themselves. After that, Prof. Dr. William Mosier, Asst. Prof. Fatma Sıla Ayan, Lecturer Hina Zahoor, Lecturer Berk Efe Altınal from the Istanbul Gelisim University Health Sciences Faculty introduced themselves as well. After each party introduced themselves briefly and talked about the area of interests they have, the meeting continued with the questions asked by the IECO to shape the program's administrative dimension. With the answers to these questions, it was concluded that the program was going to last for one week with series of lectures lasting up to an hour given by both University’s Professors. However, though some brief information is known about the lectures, the exact topics that are going to be given within the program are not certain as of yet. The negotiations are still being held on whether which lectures are going to be given and will be announced to the students soon after they are certain.

The Online Education Program, which has seen great interest by the professors of both universities, is not only going to be a great opportunity for the students but also going to strengthen the cooperation between the universities. As the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, we keep seeking new ways of corporations with our partners and increase our university’s internationality day by day
