Istanbul Gelisim University IECO Specialist Pınar Aleyna Doğan visited our partner university Titu Maiorescu University in Romania between June 3-7 2024 within the scope of Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility.

As Istanbul Gelisim University International Exchange and Cooperation Office, we continue to increase our agreements and collaborations for our students every day.

As the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, we gathered with our lecturers who qualified to participate in the Training Mobility between 21-23 May 2024 in the city of Düsseldorf, Germany within the scope of the 2022 Contract Period Small Steps Big Results Project.

Istanbul Gelisim University, known for nurturing the future chefs in the field of gastronomy, continues to make waves on the international stage. Most recently, the university's online meeting with Basque Culinary Center further solidified its success in this field.

Namseoul University is known as one of Korea's leading institutions of higher education, distinguished by its broad academic spectrum and internationally recognized research endeavors. The collaboration with Istanbul Gelisim University demonstrates the joint efforts of both institutions to enhance academic and cultural exchange.

Istanbul Gelisim University took part in the "Green Business" project, which is carried out in line with the principles of sustainability and recycling organized within the scope of Erasmus + Blended Intensive Program, in Lithuania as a partner for the first time. The Green Business Project, hosted by Vilnius College Technologies and Design, was successfully completed between April 22-26, 2024.

European University, one of the well-esteemed universities in Georgia, became a partner university of Istanbul Gelisim University in February 2024. Since February, negotiations have been held to find common points between universities in order to to establish joint projects, especially on an Online Education Program.

On 6 October 2023, a memorandum of understanding signing ceremony was held at Istanbul Gelisim University between Prof. Dr. Bahri Şahin on behalf of Istanbul Gelisim University and Prof. Dr. Hj. Shamsul Bin Sahibuddin on behalf of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, one of the most important universities of Malaysia and one of our partners, visited Istanbul Gelisim University on 22 April 2024 with a delegation of 14 people in order to strengthen this partnership.

On April 2, 2024, an online meeting was held to negotiate bilateral agreements with Syiah Kuala University located in Indonesia and to discuss potential partnerships within the framework of the International Credit Mobility with the participation of ICEO Assistant Murat Emre Şensoy and ICEO Specialist Duygu Can.

On March 18, 2024, the International Exchange and Cooperation Coordination Office hosted guests from the Transport and Telecommunication Institute in Latvia as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program. During the visit, Professor Dr. Emmanuel Merchan, Dean of Engineering and Architecture at the Transport and Telecommunication Institute, and Erasmus+ Coordinator Angelica engaged in various discussions at our university.
