Cooperation with France is Expanding: University Polytechnique Hauts-de-France


Bilateral agreements with France continue to increase. This month, an agreement was signed with the University Polytechnique Hauts-de-France with the contributions of Lecturer Nazlı Yüceol from Istanbul Gelisim University Vocational School of Health Services.


Bilateral agreements with France continue to increase. This month, an agreement was signed with the University Polytechnique Hauts-de-France with the contributions of Lecturer Nazlı Yüceol from Istanbul Gelisim University Vocational School of Health Services.
The agreement process originally started in October with the contributions of our lecturer Nazlı Yüceol, Estelle Le Meur from the International Office representative of the University Polytechnique Hauts-de-France contacted the International Exchange and Cooperation Office about the agreement possibility. After the contact was established, the negotiations regarding the department began and this negotiations took a few months. The agreement which covers the International Trade and Finance department was obtained from the Erasmus+ Agreements System. The agreement includes Student Mobility and Staff Teaching-Training Mobility.
We would like to mention our new partner, the University Polytechnique Hauts-de-France is located in the Hauts-de-France region in the north of France and was first established in 1968 as the name of University of Valenciennes and Hainaut-Cambrésis. Later in 2018, the name of the university was changed to Universite Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.
The university started its education life in 1978 and has produced many graduates since then. The university has 5 campuses in Famars, Valenciennes, Arenber, Cambrai and Maubeuge. In addition, the university has many partners from Finland, Belgium, Germany and Italy.
With each agreement, our students and staff are increasing their choice of institutions, and at the same time, we are taking firm steps toward our internationalization goals.
