The International Exchange and Cooperation Office participated in the KA-131 Projects Information Meeting, which allows higher education institutions to carry out student and staff (academic and administrative) mobility by establishing partnerships with higher education institutions in the program countries.


The International Exchange and Cooperation Office participated in the KA-131 Projects Information Meeting, which allows higher education institutions to carry out student and staff (academic and administrative) mobility by establishing partnerships with higher education institutions in the program countries. 
At the meeting hosted by Istanbul University between the dates of 31 October and 2 November, the procedures and principles in the 2022 Contract Term Operational Handbook was discussed in detail. In the meeting where the new types of mobility, Blended Mobility and short-term doctoral mobility were introduced, the emphasis on "Digitalization" and "Green Erasmus", which are among the most important targets of the European Commission in parallel with the European Green Consensus came to the forefront under the titles of "Green travel" and "Erasmus Without Paper".
Ercan LAÇİN, Meliha Hilal ALTIOK, Hüseyin ÖZDEMİR, Ahmet ÇÖREKÇİ and Özlem YÜCEL from the Turkish National Agency made presentations at the meeting, which lasted for 3 days, in which the International Exchange and Cooperation Coordinator Alisa USUBOVA and the Erasmus+ Study Mobility Responsible Person Sena DUMAN represented our university. At the meeting, where the new reporting system (Beneficiary Module) was introduced and the importance of filling out the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) and Participant Report was discussed, details such as the content of Inclusion support and to whom they could be given were shared with the participants in line with the priorities of the European Commission. At the meeting attended by representatives of Higher Education Institutions from all over Türkiye, the new application platform was introduced and information was provided about the interface and operating mechanism of the portal. The information conveyed at the meeting will make significant contributions to the improvement of the existing Erasmus Program implementation processes and effective program management.
