The application results for KA-103 2019-2020 Academic Year Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Programme have been announced. Within the scope of the Erasmus + Staff Mobility program for 2019-2020 Academic year, 44 Staff applied for Teaching Mobility program and 71 Staff applied for Training Mobility program. 14 candidates out of 44 applicants for Erasmus + Teaching Mobility program and 15 candidates out of 71 applicants for Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training were eligible to participate in the program with the grant.
Until 27 December 2019, the staff whose names are in the main list should inform the Erasmus Coordinatorship office whether they will participate in the Erasmus + mobility program or not. -15 points will be deducted from the next application of the staff who released from the mobility without force majeure after the relevant date. If the staff on the main list renounce their participation in the mobility, the Staff on the backup list will be entitled.
The Staff whose names are in the backup list may participate in the mobility without grant within the approval of the Rectorate.
In addition, a detailed Orientation meeting will be held for the Staff on the main list regarding the next stages. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory in order to avoid any disruption to the process. The date and place information of the Orientation Meeting will be shared with the staff whose names are in the main list.
