Evaluation Method of Applications
• KA-108 (2019-1-TR01-KA103-070420) Small Steps Big Results project to the General Total Scores calculated by taking 50% of the Foreign Language Grade and 50% of the General Academic Grade Point Average (GANO) of the students who apply to Erasmus+ Internship Mobility. Lists were formed among the students by ordering them among themselves.
• During the calculation of the Grand Total Score, the ranking was made by deducting -10 points from the Grand Total Score of the students who will benefit from the program for the second time, pursuant to the Erasmus Directive.
• Taking into account the quotas for Erasmus+ Internship Mobility for the KA-108 Small Steps Big Results project, the Main and Reserve List has been created.
What to do for Students on the Main List
• Students in the Main List must notify the Erasmus Office in writing by e-mail whether they will benefit from the program or not by 20.08.2020.
• In case of waivers from the students in the Main List, they must fill in the Waiver Petition dated 20.08.2020 and submit it to the Erasmus Office. Click for Waiver Petition…
• Students who do not declare whether they will benefit from the mobility or not until 20.08.2020 will be deemed to have waived their rights and if they do not show a force majeure, -10 points will be deducted from the total success grade in their next Erasmus+ Mobility applications.
Orientation Program
• An Online Orientation Program will be organized for students who are eligible for Erasmus Mobility. In the orientation program, detailed information about the mobility process will be given. It is compulsory for all students in the Main List to participate in the Erasmus Orientation Program. -5 points will be deducted from the next Erasmus applications of students who do not participate in the program without showing any force majeure. Details about the Orientation Program will be shared with the students later.
Result List

Students who object to the results of their application can report their objections via e-mail (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) until 17.08.2020.
