Evaluation Method of Applications
The list was created among the students according to the General Total Scores calculated by taking 50% of the Foreign Language Score and 50% of the General Academic Grade Point Average (GANO) of the students who applied to the Erasmus+ Internship Mobility of The Small Steps Big Results project carried out under the coordination of the All Media and Communication Federation and Erasmus+ Smart Consortium Project carried out under the coordination of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazit University.
The Main and Backup Lists have been created according to the Small Steps Big Results Project and Erasmus+ Smart Consortium Erasmus+ Internship Mobility quotas.
In order to be successful in the Erasmus+ Internship Mobility, the Erasmus+ GeneralTotal Score must be at least 50 points. Students with a General Total Score below 50 are considered failed.
Students who are in the Main List should do the process below:

Students who are in the Main List must inform the Erasmus Office in writing (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) whether they will benefit from the program or not until 15.04.2022.

In case of waiving of the students who are in the Main List, they must fill in a waiver form and send it to the Erasmus Office (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) via e-mail until 15.04.2022. Click for the release form…

Students who do not declare whether they will benefit from the mobility or not until 15.04.2022 will be deemed to have waived their rights and if they do not show a force majeure, -10 points will be deducted from their Erasmus+ total score in their next Erasmus+ Mobility applications.
In case of waivers from the students in the main list, the students in the backup list will be entitled.
Students on the backup list can participate in the mobility without a grant if they want. If there are those who want to participate in the mobility without a grant from the backup list, they must fill out the participation petition without a grant until 15.04.2022 and send it to the Erasmus Office.
Orientation Program
An Online Orientation Program will be organized for students who are eligible for Erasmus Mobility. In the orientation program, detailed information about the mobility process will be given to the students. It is compulsory for all students in the Main List to participate in the Erasmus Orientation Program. -5 points will be deducted from the next Erasmus applications of students who do not participate in the program without showing any force majeure. Details about the Orientation Program will be shared with the students later.
Students are responsible for checking their e-mails frequently, following all the announcements published by the Erasmus Office, and keeping in touch with the office. Otherwise, the student is responsible for any problems that may occur (for example, not checking his/her e-mail and missing the application date, not reading the announcements and not being informed about any information, etc.).
Result List:
Students who have objections to the results of their application can send their objection petition via e-mail (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) until 11.04.2022 at 17.00. Objection petitions sent after the specified date will not be accepted. Petitions will be evaluated and positive or negative feedback will be given accordingly.
