Blended Intensive Program (BIP) Application Results
The results of the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) applications have been announced.
The results of the Erasmus+ Blended intensive Programme (BIP) on the topic of 'Green Business' have been announced.
The Evaluation Method of Applications
The Erasmus+ General Total Scores were calculated based on the Foreign Language Grade (50%) and the General Academic Grade Point Average (GPA) (50%) of students applying to the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), and lists were created accordingly.
Requirements for Students Listed in the Main List
Students listed in the main list must inform the International Exchange Cooperation Coordination Office via email (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) in writing by January 3, 2024, whether they will take advantage of the program or not. Students who fail to declare their intention to benefit from mobility by January 3, 2024, will be deemed to have waived their rights, and unless they provide a force majeure reason, they will incur a deduction of -10 points from their total success score in the next Erasmus+ Mobility applications.
In case students listed in the main list waive their rights, candidates with the highest scores from the reserve list, who are studying in the same Faculty/School/Institute as the withdrawing candidate, will be given the opportunity. If there are no students from the relevant faculty, the student will be selected from the reserve list based on the highest point ranking. Orientation Program An orientation program will be organized for students who qualify for the BIP.
Orientation Programme
The orientation program will provide detailed information about the mobility process. Details of the orientation program will be shared with students at a later date.
Students are obliged to check their emails frequently, follow all announcements published by UDIO-K, and be in contact with the coordination office. Otherwise, the student will be responsible for any disruptions that may occur (e.g., missing the application deadline by not checking their email, not reading announcements, and being unaware of any developments, etc.).
'Green Business' Intensive Program (BIP) Application Results List
Students who have objections to the application results can send their objection petitions by email (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) until 5:30 PM on December 29, 2023. Objection petitions sent after the specified date will not be accepted, and the petitions must be signed. The petitions will be evaluated, and a positive or negative response will be provided."
