Evaluation Method of Applications
Within the scope of the project numbered 2020-1-TR01-KA103-081560, the lists were created according to the Erasmus+ Grand Total Scores calculated by taking 50% of the Foreign Language Score and 50% of the General Academic Grade Point Average (GANO) of the students who applied for the 2020 Project Year Erasmus+ Internship Mobility Additional Applications and ranked among themselves within each Faculty/ School/ Institute. Students whose Erasmus+ Grand Total Score is below 50 are considered unsuccessful.
Students who are in the Main List should follow the process below:

Students in the Main List must notify the Erasmus Office from their university e-mail address in writing by e-mail (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) whether they will benefit from the program or not until 15.04.2022.

In case of releasing from the students who are in the Main List, they must fill in a Petition of Releasing and submit it to the Erasmus Office via e-mail (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) until 15.04.2022. Click for Realese Form…

Students who do not declare whether they will benefit from the mobility or not until 15.04.2022 will be deemed to have released their rights and if they do not show a force majeure, -10 points will be deducted from the Erasmus+ total grade in their next Erasmus+ Mobility applications.
Students who are in the Backup List should do the process below:

Students on the backup list can participate in Erasmus+ Internship Mobility without a grant, if they would like. Students who want to participate in the mobility without a grant should send their Without Grant Participation Petitions to the Erasmus Office via e-mail (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) until 15.04.2022. In case of waivers from the students in the Main List, the candidate with the highest score in the backup list will be included in the candidate who is studying at the same Faculty/School/Institute with the candidate who gave up. If there is no student in the relevant faculty, the student will be selected according to the highest score in the backup list.

Even if the student in the Backup List starts the mobility without a grant, if the student who gives up in the Main List and the student who participates without a grant comes to the turn, the student will participate in the mobility with a grant.
Orientation Program
An Online Orientation Program will be organized for students who are eligible for Erasmus+ Mobility. In the orientation program, detailed information about the mobility process will be given to the students. It is obligatory to attend the Erasmus Orientation Program for all students who are on the Main List and who are on the Backup List and want to participate in the mobility without the grant. -5 points will be deducted from the next Erasmus applications of students who do not participate in the program without showing any force majeure. Details about the Orientation Program will be shared with the students later.
Students are responsible for checking their e-mails frequently, following all the announcements published by the Erasmus Office, and keeping in touch with the office. Otherwise, the student is responsible for any problems that may occur (for example, not checking his/her e-mail and missing the application date, not reading the announcements and not being informed about any information, etc.).
Attention: Since the deadline of the 2020 Project is 31.05.2023, all internship mobility must be completed by the relevant date.
Result Lists:
Students who have objections to the results of their application can send their objection petition via e-mail (erasmus@gelisim.edu.tr) until 11.04.2022 at 17.00. Objection petitions sent after the specified date will not be accepted. Petitions will be evaluated and positive or negative feedback will be given accordingly.
