2020-2021 Academic Year Erasmus+ Study Mobility Application Results have been announced.
Evaluation Method of Applications
• Students who apply for the 2020-2021 Academic Year Erasmus+ Study Mobility are listed according to their General Total Scores calculated by taking 50% of the Foreign Language Grade and 50% of their General Academic Grade Point Average (GANO) within each Faculty / School / Institute in turns.
• During the calculation of the Grand Total Score, a ranking was made by deducting -10 points from the Grand Total Score of the students who will benefit from the program for the second time. In the calculation of the Grand Total Score, we take into consideration Erasmus Directive
• Considering the quotas of our university with Erasmus + Studying Mobility grant the Main and Backup lists have been created
• In order to be successful in the Erasmus + Study Mobility Program, the General Total Score must be at least 60 points. Students whose General Total Score below 60 points are accepted unsuccessful.
What should do the students who are in the Main List?

• Students who do not declare whether they will benefit from the mobility until 20.08.2020 will be deemed to have released their rights and if they do not show a force majeure, -10 points will be deducted from their total success grade in their next Erasmus + Mobility applications.
• Students who are eligible to participate in the mobility for two semesters in Fall and Spring semesters are entitled to receive grants for only one semester.

It isn't given any grants for virtual mobility. If the mobility starts as virtually and turns into physical mobility, a grant can be given.
