Our university carries out various projects within the scope of EU Projects. One of them is KA-108 Erasmus + Higher Education mobility.

Erasmus + Higher Education Mobility Consortium makes international internship placements easy and improves academic and administrative mobility.

The Mobility Consortium aims to facilitate international student internship placement of organizations such as higher education institutions, associations, foundations, federations, and to improve the university -NGO-industry cooperation as well as to develop the academic and administrative mobility of higher education institutions.

One of the Establishment Purposes of Higher Education Mobility Consortiums is to increase correlative exchanging of practices.

The general purpose of the consortium; is planned university-NGO-industry and professional representatives will exchange experiences and set up a comprehensive national and international communication networks together.

Istanbul Gelisim University has been included in two different Erasmus + Higher Education Mobility Consortiums since 2019 in order to enable its student-staff to benefit from more international projects, to expand the internship opportunities of its students, and to enable more academic /administrative staff to benefit from overseas opportunities.

Both consortia, including Istanbul Gelisim University are accredited and funded by the EU. In this context, more IGU students and staff will have the opportunity to benefit from EU funds for getting experience by participating in mobility in Europe.

IGU has already selected students and staff to take part in this mobility within the scope of KA-108 "Small Steps and Great Results" project, which is one of the Erasmus + Mobility Consortiums funded within this scope.
