KA-107 Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Application Results

Within the scope of 2020-1-TR01-KA107-090052, numbered KA-107 Erasmus + Staff Mobility Programme, Staff Teaching Mobility and Staff Training Mobility main and backup lists are determined fairly, transparently in line with the quotas allocated to us.
  • Staff who is on the main list must inform our office until 15 August 2022 whether they will participate in the mobility or not. -15 points will be deducted from the next application of the staff who waived without indicating any force majeure after the relevant date. If a staff who is on the main list gives up participating in the mobility then the staff who is on the backup list will be entitled.
  • The departments which can carry out Erasmus+ Staff Teaching Mobility within the framework of the International Credit Mobility Project are Business Administration (English-Turkish), International Trade and Business, Political Science and International Relations (English-Turkish), Political Sciences and Public Administration, International Trade and Finance, Economics and Finance (English-Turkish) and since it covers these departments, academic staff of the relevant department can apply for Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility. However, staff from different departments who have graduated from the relevant department also applied to the mobility. Considering the necessity of having a bilateral agreement for the departments in which mobility will be carried out, the staff who have applied from the departments mentioned above are given priority with the addition of +15 points. This decision is endorsed and approved by the Erasmus+ Commission.
  • If the staff who have applied from not the related department is entitled to the mobility and the host institution does not accept the staff because of the grounds of the obligation of agreement, the staff will have to waive their rights.
  • When candidates are ranked according to the evaluation criteria equal points come into view. Because of this, additional criteria for ranking emerges. In this case, whether the candidates benefited from Erasmus Teaching or Training Mobility before, how many times they benefited from the mobility, their prioritization, and seniority status were examined, and also considering the number of participations based on faculty it has given priority to faculties/departments which have a low number of participations.
  • If the staff who is on the main list waves on participating in the mobility, the staff who is on the backup list will be entitled to participate.
  • The staff who is on the backup list can participate in the mobility without grant within the approval of the rector.

Within the scope of the Azerbaijan Project, mobility cannot be carried out in other universities other than the universities that we have a bilateral agreement.

Our staff who are entitled to do the mobility can get detailed information about the next stages from Staff Mobility Handbook.

Congratulations to our staff who are entitled to do the KA-107 Erasmus+ Staff Mobility.
